Remote control application for a new gym.

What we accomplished

Reservation system for a maintenance-free gym,
Flexible reservation system that allows users to define services, duration, price, and number of people who can use the facility at the same time,
Access to the gym through face recognition gates and QR code scanners,
Integration with a payment system, giving users the ability to easily top up their accounts,
Periodic training session and specialists visit bookings,
All communication within the app, client <> customer service,
Push notification, CMS do manage notifications and content updates,

Modern gym without service employees

The system was designed to enable the creation of a new gym, in which there is no stationary service (employees). Access to the gym is controlled by face recognition panels or QR codes. Users who have access pay and book services directly in the mobile application. The app also serves as a communication center with gym staff, private trainers, and nutritionists.

The system shows available hours within a designed timeline.

System administrators can easily remind customers that it's time to hit the gym ;)

The app provides users with the ability to select different service types and easily complete the transaction.

Access to the gym is controlled by face recognition or a generated QR code.

The mobile app also has dedicated space for news and regular updates, all managed in an easy-to-use CMS.

Users can pay in-app via credit card as well as through an online payment gateway.

Communication between customers and the gym staff is very simple and intuitive, thanks to the dedicated communication center.

The designs were made in mind with the best UX practices and trends so that new users can start using the app right away.

Notifications within apps are a good thing, but it's also great to have the option to turn them off ;)

Project timeline

The project is still ongoing – new features and functionalities are being introduced. The MVP however, was created in the shortest time possible to make sure that end users can start using the mobile app.
